While we can never replace the camaraderie and spirit of an in person Walk & Roll—the virtual walk has almost ALL of the facets of a Walk & Roll.
You can still create a team and gather your friends and family!
You can still fundraise!
And you can still walk and roll!
Instead of hopping in the minivan and driving to a central location, you can pull up facebook on your phone and Walk & Roll around you neighborhood, in place in your living room or on the treadmill at the gym!
Anywhere! You will be joining in virtually! Trails, treadmills, or wherever you can safely! Grab your friends, family or co-workers and get active in you local community!
That’s easy too! There will be a virtual walk fundraising page, and we’ll send you a link in plenty of time to raise!
No! The Virtual Walk & Roll is all about raising awareness and research for the GBS|CIDP Foundation International. We do encourage you, however, to share your experience online – if you’re walking, rolling, or even just joining us poolside, by posting photos/videos and use the hashtag #gbscidpVIRTUALWALK
Of course! Get out and walk or roll whenever it is most convenient for you! Be sure to share your experience online using #gbscidpVIRTUALWALK
