Andrew Harris, a GBS survivor, has combined his passion for beer with a desire to assist others facing the challenges of GBS to make a successful fundraiser at Mast Landing Brewery in Maine.

Moved by Andrew’s courageous battle, Mast Landing Brewery crafted a signature beer in his honor, symbolizing solidarity and support for individuals affected by similar conditions. Proceeds from the sale of this special brew were generously donated to the Foundation, furthering efforts to raise awareness and provide assistance.

Andrew’s journey is a testament to the strength of the human spirit in the face of adversity. Diagnosed with GBS in April of 2023, he has since wanted to spread hope and inspiration for others navigating similar paths.

The fundraiser, coupled with a successful silent auction, proved to be a remarkable achievement, raising over $2,000 to support the Foundation’s mission. This significant contribution will undoubtedly make a meaningful impact on the lives of those affected by GBS and related conditions.
