My Hero, My Mentor, My Shining Role Model
Over three decades ago, when I had GBS and needed artificial ventilation, Estelle Benson was the one who told my terrified parents that I would recover. After my recovery, Estelle Benson was the one who invited me to become a volunteer for the Foundation and inspired me to inspire others, something I still do to this day. Estelle Benson is my hero, my mentor, and my shining role model!
