We are delighted to introduce a 6-Part Balance & Strength series produced by members of the Foundation’s Interdisciplinary Health Committee and patients from the community. These simple exercises, instructed by Physical Therapist, Maria Harris & Occupational Therapist, Kathleen Rocca of Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation, as well as Yoga Therapist, Sterling Painton, are a great way improve balance and support confident, stable movement.
