Opportunity to Share Your CIDP Treatment Experience

Inspire Research, working with a pharmaceutical company, is conducting a research survey to
better understand the experiences of people living with Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating
Polyneuropathy (CIDP) who currently use immunoglobulin (IG) therapy

If you qualify, you will be invited to complete a one-time online survey that takes about 20–30
minutes.

• You will receive $50 as a thank you for your time and insights.
• Your participation is voluntary.
• Your decision to participate or not will not affect your medical care.
• Your answers will be kept confidential and used only for research purposes.
