Karissa Gable, MD

Karissa Gable, M.D. is a Professor in the Department of Neurology at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, N.C. She completed her neurology residency at Northwestern University and neuromuscular fellowship at Harvard.

Dr. Gable’s research interests have focused on investigating the underlying pathophysiology and developing quality of life outcome measures in chronic inflammatory neuropathies as well as investigating novel treatments for those disorders. She is also committed to education for training the next generation of leaders in the field as the medical student neurology clerkship director and neuromuscular fellowship director at Duke.
