NEW! Coffee Chat Young Adult Virtual Series
By: Jocelyn Delgado, OT Student & CIDP Patient
This virtual Young Adult Series will be held on Zoom and hosted by Jocelyn Delgado.
Navigating young adulthood with GBS or CIDP brings unique challenges, from relationships and work transitions to managing energy, symptoms, and everyday routines. This new six-week coffee chat series is designed by and for young adults (ages 18–35) seeking practical tools, honest conversations, and a supportive community.

Each week, Jocelyn will guide participants through topics that matter most, including communication and boundaries, social participation, career and school navigation, adaptive tech, online safety, and energy-efficient meal planning. With an occupational therapy lens and a lived experience perspective, this series offers evidence-informed strategies to help you build confidence, strengthen your routines, and create a more balanced life, regardless of where you are in your recovery.
Join us for this empowering, interactive virtual coffee chat series that brings young adults together to learn, reflect, and support one another as they strive to live their best and fullest lives.
