Former quarterback Danny Wuerffel has been diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome, a rare autoimmune disorder that causes paralysis. Wuerffel noticed he was losing sensation in his legs and strength in his arms shortly after he battled a stomach virus June 4.
