Chrissie Jenkins, MSW, LISW-CP is a seasoned licensed clinical social worker with over 28 years of experience in the fields of Mental Health and Medical Social Work, specializing in Hospice Care for two decades. Currently serving as Director of Patient Advocacy at Palmetto Infusion for the past 8 years, Chrissie passionately addresses psycho-social concerns and dismantles barriers to patient care and access for patients facing acute, chronic, terminal, and mental illnesses. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in social work with clinical practice licensure, Chrissie is dedicated to minimizing financial burdens in healthcare and enhancing health literacy and outcomes. She is also a distinguished speaker at events such as the Healthcare Advocate Summit, NICA, and GBS CIDP International Symposium, and she contributes her expertise as a Co-Facilitator and Board Member for Uplift Encouragement Group 501c3. Recently elected to the Board of Directors for GBS CIDP Foundation International, Chrissie is committed to improving the quality of life and mental well-being of patients navigating their healthcare journey.
