Pamela Franks Transitions to New Role at the Foundation

Please join us in congratulating Pamela Franks, as she transitions from Foundation Walk & Roll Manager to her new role as Manager of Volunteer Engagement.  Through the challenges of the past 3 years, Pamela has played a critical role in our Walk & Roll program, enthusiastically engaging with Walk volunteers, promoting and attending nearly every Walk & Roll event, and never losing site of the goal to assure funding for our research grant program. She has built strong relationships with our community and offers many insightful contributions to the design and development of our volunteer programming. She will continue to be  involved in high level decision making of the Walk & Roll program, as she focuses toward global volunteer engagement, communication and support.  Pam’s compassion and work ethic are truly exceptional and we are delighted to welcome her into her new role.

“I  am excited to step into my new role as Manager of Volunteer Engagement.  I have had the privilege to work with many of our volunteers through the Walk & Roll Program, and look forward to collaborating with all of our volunteers (both domestic and globally).  These are big shoes to fill, and I promise to work closely and support our volunteers to ensure that we continue to provide support for our community through our 4 pillars of support, education, research and advocacy.” – Pam Franks
